We have brought in the Industry Authorities on everything Laser Tag. Below you will find profiles of our wonderful presenters and their specific presentations:

Ryan McQuillen
Ryan McQuillen is the Executive Director of the International Laser Tag Association. Previously, Ryan was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Laserforce USA. Ryan operated Lazer Blaze in Louisville, KY for over 10 years and was instrumental in turning the failing company into one of the most respected laser tag centers in the nation.  After a brief stint running technical support at Zone EU, he returned to the US and ran Installations and Support for Zone Laser Tag.  In the last year Ryan has aided the ILTA in revamping manuals and has written articles for Tourist Attractions and Parks Magazine.

Eric Gaizat
Eric is the Director of Membership Services for the International Laser Tag Association and will be presenting a seminar on Creating a Successful Business Plan. Eric has been with the ILTA since mid 2005 and has helped review laser tag business plans for the association's members and often contributes to the laser tag section of the Tourist Attractions and Parks Magazine.

Jeff Schilling
Jeff Schilling is the Founder of the Creative Work’s Theme Factory, the largest independent laser tag arena building company in the world since 1994. Jeff is an authority on laser tag design, construction and center development; and a member of the American Institute of Architects and the International Code Council for the construction of safe facilities. Armando Lanuti
Armando is currently the sales manager for Creative Works, the leading authority on laser tag arenas, and was the manager of Laser Flash in Carmel, IN for over five years. While he was there, Armando ran a campaign at Laser Flash that helped build the business into a $1million dollar a year store. Armando will be here to share his advice and experiences on how to achieve group success.

Erik Guthrie
Erik Guthrie is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Zone Laser Tag. He is also the founder and former Executive Director of the International Laser Tag Association.  He has been involved with the industry for over 15 years as a manager, consultant, trainer and investor. He has authored many of the industry publications as well as been a frequent speaker at trade shows and seminars.  He has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal; Inc. Magazine; Fast Company and numerous regional and local publications.

Paul Clark
Paul Clark, former ILTA Developer Member and owner of Zaps Zone in Stockton, California has worked for the Government for 22 years and recently retired.  Paul opened up his Family Entertainment Center in March of 2009.  Paul conducted 2 years of research with the assistance of the ILTA, IAAPA, and Laser Tag Startup.  Paul purchased his 11,460 sq. ft. building in April of 2008 and it took almost a year to open the facility.  Even though he opened up in the worst possible time, sales continue to rise and profits increase monthly compared to previous months.

Jim Chapman
In the past three and a half years Jim Chapman has given more than 40 redemption seminars across the country sharing the "Magic Potion" that helped increase the sales of Enchangted Castle form $1.7 million to $5.8 million in just five years. Jim is manager of Family Fun Companies started his coin-operated amusement career in 1987. During these 23 years, he has worked in all levels of the coin-operated amusment industry-manufacturing, distribuition and operatons. Currently, Chapman is responsible for the sales and marketing of Family Fun Companies redemption line of games and spends quite a bit of time in one of three Family Fun Parks oned by J. Richard Oltmann in the Chicago area.
